Refunds

Standard credits are a consumable sold by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store decides the money. Unused Standard credits follow that store refund: only the unused remainder of that purchase is removed from the balance.

Credits already used on a completed job are not refunded. If every credit from that pack was used, the balance does not change when the store refunds the charge.

The server does not store PDFs. Free starter credits are not a purchase.
