BraidPDF is a CognoNative product at braidpdf.com. This policy covers the website and the BraidPDF app.

Files

In this phase the PDF stays on your phone. The app does not upload it, and braidpdf.com does not store it. The server has no PDF file to retain.

Account

Sign-in uses Google or Apple. We store an account id, the provider, the provider’s subject identifier, an email address when the provider sends one, a hash of each session token, your credit balance, credit grants, and job records (a job id, page count, and credit cost — not the document). We also store the terms version you accepted, the app version you last sent, and a RevenueCat app user id after a purchase.

Purchases

Standard credits are sold by the Apple App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. We receive the product id and the store transaction id so the ledger can add or claw back credits. The store processes the payment.

Contact form

If you ask about a bulk plan, we store your name, email, estimated volume, and message, and we try to email them to the publisher.
